Insurance.

Some of our providers are currently paneled with Blue Cross Blue Shield. If we are considered an out-of-network provider with your insurance company, we are happy to provide either courtesy billing in which we file out-of-network claims on your behalf or alternatively can provide you with a superbill that you can file yourself for possible reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate.

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, which went into effect on January 1st, 2022, clients are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate. This document is designed to give clients an estimate of how much they will be charged for the healthcare services that they will be receiving throughout the year.
